As a UX Designer at Evamp & Saanga, you will be responsible for ensuring that our digital products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our users. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the design process.
Create prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of user-centered designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Advocate for the user throughout the design and development process.
Analyze and report on user feedback and analytics to inform design decisions.
Iteratively refine designs based on user testing results.
Consider and implement accessibility principles to ensure that the digital product is usable by a diverse audience, including people with disabilities.
Identify design challenges and propose effective solutions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.
Minimum 3 years experience working in the relevant field.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and case studies.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or similar.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Knowledge of wireframing and user journeys.
Knowledge of both Web and App user experiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
