The Role

THIS IS A CORE UX DESIGN ROLE. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU SPECIALISE IN UX AND NOT JUST UI.
As a UX designer, you will work with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Customer Success Specialists on challenging assignments for global clients. Your involvement will be across all stages of the product design and development lifecycle, starting right from initial ideation to the actual design and delivery of mobile and enterprise web applications.
The role requires an eye for detail, hands-on design, UX architecture expertise, ability to take the initiative and develop and evolve our design processes. We want to transform how mobile apps are delivered, perceived, and used. This is where this position will play a pivotal role. The ideal candidate consistently delivers high-quality designs while honoring deadlines. What we expect from you

“Expert” level understanding of Design Patterns as applied to User Interface Design for Mobile as well as Enterprise
Profound knowledge of User Experience Fundamentals and advanced concepts
Advanced Interaction Design Skills
The ability to jump into a project and own the experience strategy from start to finish.
Work both independently and as part of the greater team.
Passionate about Style guides and consistent use of these guidelines during the design process.
Understanding of various development methodologies like AGILE, Waterfall, etc., as applied to the UX process.
What you'll be doing at Milli Pixels

Work with Business Analysts and Product Owners, Project/Program Managers to discover and analyze customers' business and technical needs.
Design interfaces for mobile and web- includes wireframing, lo-fi, hi-fi visuals, prototype, and hand-off files to dev.
Produce high-fidelity designs in Figma for Android, i OS, and web, with hand-off for development with full spec and assets.
Guide, motivate, and mentor a team. Grooming future UI/UX architects and designers.
Required Skills

Art, Computer Science, or related degree and overall 8+ years of core UX experience with at least 5+ years of proven experience in architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of UX of mobile products, as well as enterprise web applications.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Excellent Communication skills - written as well as verbal
