Role Overview As the Account Manager you will manage and develop strong relationships with channel partners and vendors (Motorola Solutions Avigilon & Pelco and ISS) drive sales growth and ensure operational excellence across the Gulf territory. You will act as the key point of contact for partners and internal stakeholders ensuring smooth procurement logistics and customer satisfaction processes. Key Responsibilities Vendor & Channel Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners. Act as the primary liaison between the Customer and Ingram Micro Internal stakeholders and the vendors regional teams. Procurement & Commercial Operations: Manage the end-to-end pre- and post-sales process with a solid understanding of Incoterms delivery timelines and supply management. Internal Stakeholders Coordination: Collaborate with internal Operations Credit and Logistics teams to ensure on-time and accurate product delivery across the region. Customer Centricity: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring responsiveness accuracy and alignment with partner expectations. Cross-Cultural Communication: Navigate the Gulf regions diverse business cultures and stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication. Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Negotiate pricing terms and strategic deals that align with business goals and vendor programs. Operational Efficiency: Drive internal process improvements that optimize workflows reduce bottlenecks and enhance service delivery. Sales & Business Development: Managing sales pipelines and weekly invoicing forecast effectively and accurately. Qualifications & Requirements7 years of experience in Account Management preferably within the IT security solutions or distribution industry. Strong understanding of commercial Incoterms procurement processes and regional logistics. Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to communicate effectively across cultures and within multi-functional teams. Highly customer-centric with a detail-oriented and organized approach. Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking. Fluent in English.
