A multinational company requires SOLAR PV TECHNICAL MANAGERfor their Lahore office. The candidate will be the Lead engineer on STI projects and provide technical advice to clients and the sales team. They will handle the technical team and be proactively involved throughout the sales process, from designing the desired solution to installation and system turn-on, to after-sales support.
Job Specification Principal Accountabilities:
Meet clients, along with the sales team, and visit project sites to understand support scope of work and requirements.
Design solutions to achieve the desired objectives and, if required, present the solution to clients and answer any questions raised by clients or their engineering teams.
Oversee project installation as per agreed specifications.
Provide after-sales support and technical assistance to clients post-project installation to ensure system delivery as promised.
Lead onboarding and training for the engineering team; monitor junior team members and provide technical leadership to develop their capabilities.
