EHS And Quality Manager
AAJ Technologies, Pakistan Responsibilities:
Assures compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, policies and procedures related to Quality and EHS.
Implement and maintain a quality/EHS management system including an operating rhythm.
Drive continual improvement by recommending actions or policies that result in cost reduction, efficiencies or increased profitability to the company.
Support the organization with strategy deployment and KPI leadership management.
Be a technical resource to guide site management in their responsibilities for EHS.
Implement and maintain the program for protection of employees and regulatory compliance regarding chemical hazards, audits, waste disposal and other safety and environmental aspects.
Manage near miss, incident and accident reports to ensure that root cause is determined and corrective actions are implemented.
Work as part of the Quality/EHS leadership team to develop and deploy global policies and programs.
Job Specification Able to work independently, self-starter.
Demonstrated ability to understand and develop processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to interact effectively with others, including senior and middle management levels.
Ability to work in a high-matrixed organization: to synthesize various inputs and concerns, negotiate, and find paths forward that lead to results.
Familiar with ISO 9001 and 4001 standards.
