Talent Acquisition Specialist - Skyscrapers Skyscrapers is seeking a Human Resources Executive (Talent Acquisition) who excels in both verbal and written English communication. In this role, the individual will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to drive our company's success.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Applicants' CV analysis as per job description and company requirements.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment screenings as needed.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function, including process enhancements, technology adoption, and employer branding efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, Recruiter, or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
