As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll drive our fast-growing enterprise business through existing customer retention and growth in your assigned region in the Middle East and Africa. You will help leading companies empower their teams with training in the latest technologies to amplify their ability to deliver powerful new products and services on a global scale. Location

Udacity will consider qualified candidates who are currently living in the United Arab Emirates. No relocation assistance is offered.
What you’ll do:

Prospect, develop, qualify and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Renew and grow existing customer accounts to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings goals.
Use industry trends to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions based on customer needs.
Conduct effective meetings at the Director, VP, C-suite level, and speak as a leader in this space.
Partner with our product team to provide feedback on trends and identify opportunities to provide greater value to customers.
What we value:

4+ years in enterprise sales -- startup or early-stage company experience preferred - industry experience strongly preferred.
A consultative and solution/value selling approach to closing new business.
Written and verbal fluency in Arabic and English required.
Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills at the client C-level.
Superior research skills to obtain in-depth knowledge of a client's business, organizational structure, and business processes.
An exceptionally strong track record in advanced enterprise sales with a history of consistent over-achievement.
A forward-looking, flexible, creative, and proactive approach.
Experience with corporate training products/services is a plus.
