The Senior Tech Partner will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support services to end users. This role also involves engaging with business stakeholders, performing data analysis, and supporting AI, ML, and RPA projects. The Senior Tech Partner will work closely with the business to ensure seamless IT operations and contribute to the adoption of new technologies and digital strategies.
What you will do:
Provide IT support based on the Tech Stop, desk-side, and remote model, including hardware break & fix services and L1 support for audio/visual equipment.
Deliver hands & eye support for infra/connectivity tasks under remote team guidance.
Offer high-level VIP support and technical assistance for special events, meetings, townhalls and training sessions.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Participate in close discussions with the business to support AI, ML, and RPA use cases/projects.
Explore potential flagship use cases in all verticals, such as AI Product Recommendation and Market Intelligence System.
Act as the SPOC for digital across all domains and lines of business.
Be accountable for all digital activities conducted in the cluster by respective IT domain leaders/business partners.
Partner in change management adoption and promote new ways of working.
Act as a guarantor of Schneider Digital Strategy, policies, and rules, ensuring proper management and security of local equipment and data.
Serve as a Digital Citizen model, business partner, and IT role model.
What is helpful to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support / project services.
Overall technical understanding of all IT platforms and services (e.g., networking, hardware, app development, cloud computing, application rollout, etc.).
Experience with ITSM tools and support for VIP users.
Experience with AI, ML, and RPA projects is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ITIL, Microsoft, or Project Management certification is a plus.
