As we dont have a legal entity in the UAE this collaboration will be based on a service agreement between Fronius and the independent Technical Advisor.
Responsibilities
Providing technical advice for customers distributors and dealers
Welding/technical software commissioning/system integration
Operating and programming robot control units Automation (mainly Cladding & Orbital)
Arranging technical training events for distributors dealers and end clients in the region
Welding / electrical / mechanical and software technical installation / commissioning / verification production support creating parameters of mechanized welding systems
Cooperation to generate sales and contracts in coordination with Representative
Providing support for complex system configurations
System integration on location
Interface between Representative and ESM Tech Support International & Automation
Mechanized welding using Fronius system controllers (standard components)
Being the first contact point for all service issues from PW from all countries in the Middle East in coordination with Fronius International
Responsible for after and presales activities of PW
Being involved in all presales discussions of the big projects for PW the automation systems and robotics
Responsible of all kind of services in regards to automation products and systems as well as robotic welding systems
You will report directly to the responsible Export Sales Manager for the region.

Skills
Understanding of welding processes and equipment
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to welding equipment
Experience in B2 B business preferably in the welding or industrial equipment sector
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to explain complex technical concepts
Presentation skills for demonstrations and client meetings
Strong focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to provide aftersales support and handle customer complaints effectively
Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Understanding of cultural nuances in the Middle East
Certifications in welding technology or engineering (preferred)
Requirements
Minimum of 35 years of experience in technical sales preferably in the welding industry
Electrical knowledge
Proficiency in English
Knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Power Point)
Willingness to travel extensively within the Middle East region
Valid residency status or ability to obtain a work visa for the UAE
Strong team player with the ability to work independently
High level of selfmotivation and initiative
Valid drivers license
