As a Project Engineer (Architectural) reporting into the Project Manager, your role involves both inspection and the supervision of Architectural works on the project. You will check and examine architectural activities/ finishes using engineering skills to determine structural soundness and compliance with specifications, building codes, and other regulations. Inspections may be general or limited to specific areas and conducted against approved shop drawings, materials, etc.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that execution of construction activities is as per the drawings and that all construction projects meet project specifications.
Oversee the completion of all integrated site work such as Architectural/ Finishes and verify that works are executed on time and within budget and project guidelines.
Follow up on the progress of construction work based on reports of the engineers and propose and order corrective action to keep the project on target.
Execute any other tasks that may be directed by superior.
Recommend improvements to departmental procedures and direct the implementation of instructions and controls covering site activity to ensure that all relevant procedural/authority requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality cost-effective product to the client.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls for site activities to guarantee employee safety, governmental compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services, and a responsible environmental attitude.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
Minimum of 5-10 years of construction site experience.
