Description In this role, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing process improvement initiatives, business transformation projects, and performance enhancement strategies for clients in the Energy & Utilities (E& U) and Manufacturing sectors.
Deliver Operational Excellence and Process/Cost Optimization initiatives to enhance client performance.
Lead and support Business Process Reengineering and improvement projects, including the development or update of: Policies and Procedures Delegation of Authority (Do A) Matrices Internal Control Documentation Process Transformation (e.g., Procurement, Maintenance, etc.)Conduct Market Assessments, including survey design, implementation, and results reporting.
Perform Process Maturity Assessments and develop Implementation Roadmaps for continuous improvement.
Drive initiatives to improve Operational Efficiency and overall business performance.
Implement standalone ISO Standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 50001, etc.) and Integrated Management Systems (IMS) incorporating multiple standards.
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable process improvements.
Leverage leading practices across the E& U and Manufacturing industries to deliver effective business consulting solutions.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's business, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of consultants and industry experts to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with client objectives.
Present ideas, findings, and solutions confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.

7+ years of experience for Manager, 9+ for Senior Manager.
Minimum 5 years in consulting, delivering end-to-end projects and proposals across Energy, Utilities, or Manufacturing sectors.
