R000029575**Location:**Lahore,## ## **Job Summary:**The Senior Analyst, Procurement will support the strategic procurement team while working in a high paced environment. This role will provide analytical support to the procurement manager, internal clients and work with others in the business groups to perform the necessary procurement activities. This person will also provide ad hoc analytical support, support spend analysis and reporting activities as needed by the function## **Responsibilities:****Key Accountabilities:**• Manage the collection and categorization of spending to deliver consistent and credible analysis to inform category level strategies.
• Review and ensure that the correct templates are used for RFP’s (NDA, MSA, SOW, etc.)
• Manage and maintain the Procurement Tracker
• Update and maintain project timelines working with Procurement Manager and other team members
• Complete special projects and ad hoc requests for financial information and spend analysis
• Handling business pricing models, business presentations and repots as needed
• Support ad-hoc projects, contract reviews, business analysis and reporting as required**Education and Experience:**• 3-5 years of Strategic Sourcing experience or procurement consulting experience
• Demonstrated success of leading project teams to achieve quantifiable savings by applying sourcing methods
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to drive change in a global decentralized organization with minimum supervision
• Strong project management skills and results oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated success in gathering data, conducting analyses, and generating high quality outputs
• Strong negotiation management experience
• Knowledge of e Procurement, e Catalog, e RFX, or e Auction management systems is a plus**Skills & Behaviors:**• Strong knowledge and experience with analytical functionality within Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and filters
• Aptitude for developing RFP templates in Microsoft Word and slide presentations in Microsoft Power Point.
• Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate effectively with management both in the finance and business operations groups
• Ability to perform and remain organized in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment by multi-tasking
• Ability to take initiative and work independently in a dynamic environment with frequently changing priorities
