Achieve weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets and ensure flawless client service at all levels.
Achieve product-wise approval and disbursement targets as assigned on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Develop and maintain a robust customer base by building strong relationships with Corporate and Commercial clients.
Consistently meet productivity benchmarks while demonstrating high levels of discipline, professionalism, and integrity.
Coordinate with Risk, Operations, and other relevant departments to ensure timely and smooth processing of customer requests.
Manage client relationships by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring timely resolution through end-to-end service delivery.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and self-awareness to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Perform any other duties or special assignments as assigned by the Line Manager or Branch Management.
