Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, outdoor marketing, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to increase revenue and market share.
Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals and presentations to clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure maximum profitability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
Manage sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance and market trends.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Desired Candidate:
Proven track record in outdoor sales with mandatory experience in the furniture industry.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in outdoor sales.
The candidate must have a valid UAE driving license.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong self-management skills, time management, and prioritization abilities.
Understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
