Job Overview:
As a Senior Direct Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our residential projects by engaging with key brokers. Your role will involve presenting properties, providing in-depth information, negotiating contracts, and cultivating long-term relationships with brokers to exceed sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new brokers through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Effectively present and promote real estate developments to brokers, emphasizing unique selling points and investment value.
Conduct property site tours and provide comprehensive property details to brokers.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with brokers, encouraging referrals and repeat business.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, with prior experience in real estate preferred.
In-depth understanding of the real estate market, industry trends, and financing options.
Highly driven, result-oriented, and able to meet sales objectives under pressure.
Fluent in Russian, Dutch, Italian, English, French, Hindi, and Arabic.
Valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation.
