Send emails via Zoho to experts and clients
Message potential candidates on Linked In
Review and source expert profiles for client projects
Qualifications:
0-2 years of lead generation or recruitment experience (Fresh grads are highly encouraged)
An updated Linked In account with 100+ connections
Availability to focus on the role (not a full-time employee or student)
Work Commitment:
You must dedicate a total of8 hours per dayto this role. Timing is flexible, but consistent effort is required to meet targets.
Understanding Credits & Submissions:
Credit: A "credit" is earned when an expert you sign up completes the following process:
You source and sign up an expert.
The expert completes any required screening/introductory questions.
The expert is submitted to a client for consideration by the project coordinator.
The client books a call with the expert, and the call is completed (60 minutes).
Each 60-minute call between your expert and the client counts as1 credit.
If the expert is booked multiple times by the same or different clients, subsequent bookings count as0.5 credits.
Submission: Asubmissionrefers to each expert you source who signs up at our website, completes any required screening questions, and is submitted to the client for consideration by the project coordinator. Asubmissionmust meet these criteria to be valid.
Commission-Based: This is a fully commission-based role with the following structure:
For every credit:
$3 per expert submission(An expert is considered submitted when they sign up on our website, complete any required screening, and are submitted to a client.)
Example Earnings:
30 expert submissions =30 × $3 = $90
Total potential earnings for 10 credits and 30 submissions: $890
