Job Description: Conduct outbound calls to potential real estate leads to promote and sell properties.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
Provide information to clients about available properties, prices, terms of sales, and assist in scheduling property viewings.
Listen to clients' needs, answer inquiries, and provide relevant information to help them make informed decisions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to coordinate property showings and facilitate the sales process.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
Effectively communicate with clients, addressing concerns and objections, and closing sales.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Requirements: Bachelors in related field or additional real estate education or certification is a plus.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate telesales or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain accurate records.
Results-driven with a passion for sales and building client relationships.
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
