We’re looking for customer representatives to support Canada Post customers, helping them with various requests such as delivery status, mail redirection, rates and general inquiries. What is needed to join the team: Friendly, empathic and dynamic: attentive and able to build a relationship of trust with the client; Experience in customer service; Solid multitasker, comfortable with a computer Great attention to detail Be able to follow full-time training at our Sherbrooke centre (possibility of teleworking after the training if you meet the eligibility criteria) Be available to work on evening and weekend, and during the following time slots : Monday to Friday between 7 am and 11 pm; Saturday and Sunday between 9 am and 9 pm Different types of schedules available (full time and part-time); don’t hesitate to discuss this with our team. High school diploma (secondary V). Typing quickly and accurately (50 words/minutes) is considered a great asset What is offered: Salary of 15.72$/h after training Fully paid 20-day training (Monday to Friday, an hourly rate of $13.10/hour during training) An hourly premium for bilingualism and weekend shifts; All the support needed to help you reach your full potential; A full rangeof benefits after 6 months of service.
