Title: Radiation Therapist

Join a collaborative, mission-driven cancer care team in beautiful southern New Mexico as a Radiation Therapist. This role is essential in delivering safe, precise radiation treatments and ensuring a positive patient experience. You'll work closely with Radiation Oncologists and a skilled support team in a technologically advanced setting.



Key Responsibilities:



Administer radiation treatments in accordance with oncologist prescriptions.



Perform simulations and assist with treatment device fabrication.



Conduct quality assurance checks on linear accelerators and CT simulators.



Maintain accurate records within the EMR systems and coordinate patient care.



Educate and comfort patients throughout treatment processes.



Flexibility to participate in on-call procedures as needed.



Requirements:



Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.



Certified by ARRT and either licensed in New Mexico or eligible.



CPR certification.



3–5 years of experience preferred.



Proficient in safety and operation of radiation-producing equipment.



Ability to handle radioactive materials responsibly.
