We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in multistorey building construction within the contracting industry and possess strong leadership, analytical, and cost management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning for large-scale projects
Lead contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution
Conduct detailed BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and risk assessments
Ensure effective cost control, procurement strategy, and vendor negotiations
Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and profitability
Requirements:
7 - 10 years of experience in multistorey building construction (contracting industry)
Expertise in cost planning, tendering, and contract law
Strong command of FIDIC contracts and contractual claims management
Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Excel, Cost X, and other QS software
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
