Your Responsibilities:
Production Scheduling and Coordination:
Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource utilization.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure all resources required for production are available.
Adjust schedules as needed to address delays or material shortages, minimizing disruptions in the production process.
Inventory and Material Management:
Monitor inventory levels and closely collaborate with procurement to ensure timely material availability.
Track raw materials and finished products to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.
Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) documents for procurement.
Reporting and Analysis:
Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular reports on production progress, inventory levels, and potential risks to meeting production deadlines.
Continuously evaluate processes to identify areas for cost savings and production optimization.
Project Coordination and Support:
Assist in preparing technical specifications and procurement documentation for materials.
Ensure all technical requirements and customer specifications are met throughout the production process.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure production schedules align with project goals and timelines.
What We’re Looking For:
A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills

: Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling software.
Soft Skills

: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in cross-functional teamwork is a plus.
