Looking for Manager Production. Candidate should be B. Tech / B. Sc Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 to 7 years of experience in an engineering industry (Production Planning & Quality Control), preferably in an automotive parts industry.
Should possess excellent skills in MS Office (SAP Knowledge will be an advantage).
Should possess excellent problem solving skills, production planning methods, mechanical drawings study and departmental coordination.
Job Specification Correspondence with customers for business development.
Plan the diversified production schedules with complete study and analysis.
Meeting deadlines with data / Graphs interpretation.
Prepare the feasibility reports of the projects and present to the higher management.
Make improvements plans for the speedy and worthy business proceedings.
Give training on the technical aspects.
Negotiate with stakeholders for a feasible business activity.
Keep and manage the required information in updated form.
Minimize the wastages of processing time, rework, via study and effective monitoring.
Make good and effective preventive measures plan for any discrepancies.
Take immediate steps for making in time and quality tooling / parts completion.
