Responsibilities Develop manpower planning & production strategies for seamless operations.
Supervise inventory management & material loss prevention.
Work closely with Industrial Engineers to improve process efficiency & technology.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, IPQC audits, and 5 S quality standards.
Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Electronics
Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile assembling companies or relevant industries
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to lead teams & drive operational excellence
