Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Salesman for one of our top client in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales in the outdoor advertising sector, particularly focusing on printing services, signboards, and other advertisement materials. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of the outdoor advertising industry, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target new clients in need of printing, signboard, and outdoor advertising solutions.
Conduct outdoor sales visits to businesses, organizations, and event locations to present our products and services.
Provide expert advice to clients regarding signboard design, printing materials, and outdoor advertising options.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure new business opportunities.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and invoices for clients in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure all custom printing and signboard orders are fulfilled accurately and within deadlines.
Ensure that all advertising campaigns and signboard projects meet client specifications and expectations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the outdoor advertising and printing industry.
Represent the company at industry-related events and conferences to increase brand awareness.
Track sales performance and regularly report on achievements and progress against sales targets.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (preferably in the printing, signboard or outdoor advertising industry).
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
Ability to work independently and proactively in an outdoor sales environment.
Solid understanding of printing processes, signboard types, and advertising materials.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, advertising or a related field is a plus.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with design software or understanding of design concepts for printing and signboards.
Familiarity with outdoor media trends and technologies.
Previous experience in B2 B sales or outdoor advertising sectors.
