Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food items as per recipes and quality standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Assist with food preparation, plating, and garnishing
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned work areas
Ensure food safety compliance
Follow kitchen protocols and instructions from senior kitchen staff
Assist in inventory control and proper storage of ingredients
Monitor portion control and minimize food waste
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Super
