Job Summary SHI has an opportunity available as an Inside Account Executive UK This is an inside sales new business position where you will be targeted on winning new customers within the UK Commercial sector by calling into prospective customers on a daily basis to introduce SHIs unique value propositions. As an IT solution provider we want you to understand the prospects business needs, and sell IT solutions from partners such as Microsoft, VMWare, HPE, Dell EMC and AWS to name a few. Your role will be twofold, representing our core value of providing world class customer support and achieving monthly KPIs, all part of being a new business proactive sales professional. We expect that upon completion of the onboarding period, youll spend less time searching for new customers but rather developing those relationships youve already built. Responsibilities/Job Function Include but not limited to: Will search for potential customers to find new business opportunities within your designated territory Cold call to find line of business decision makers Follow up with leads/potential business Complete customer IT profiles in CRM on a daily basis. Follow up on email marketing campaigns. Exceed profit and revenue targets. Book meetings for technical specialists. Drive attendance to SHI hosted technology days. Understand daily business needs leading to transformational project based work. Continue to develop business relationships that are built and continue to support and sell IT solutions Sell IT solutions from partners such as Microsoft, VMWare, HPE, Dell EMC and AWS etc Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required Commitment, Attitude and sales Discipline. Have flare and entrepreneurial ship to build your own customer base. Possess a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn about new and emerging technology. Ability to build rapport with potential customers and utilize your internal resources to help build your business Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written) Possess phone communication and cold calling skills Must possess ability to draft professional and clear email communications Ability to pay attention to detail (Works with accuracy and thoroughness when completing tasks) Possess organizational, multitasking skills, and problem solving skills Ability to understand the prospects business needs, and sell IT solutions from partners such as Microsoft, VMWare, HPE, Dell EMC and AWS etc Driven and self-motivated to hit both individual and team targets Previous sales experience or customer service experience How will you benefit: Competitive salary and uncapped earning potential.
