This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company at an exciting time of expansion.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of office administration within the business. This will include managing a team of administrators where you will be required to organise, monitor and review the teams' workload, complete MI reports and audit the department.

You will also identify training needs and provide coaching to fill any gaps and regularly conduct one to ones with your team members in order to review performance and provide support. Part of your role will also be to recruit new staff and induct, welcome and carryout new starter training. You will also conduct regular quality checks to ensure that you team are providing a high quality and compliant service and productivity levels are in line with business needs.

You will have supervisory experience and have previously managed an admin function. You will be a able to use the MS packages to a good standard and work accurately to deadlines. You will also be well organised, have a very approachable personality have experience at organising workload whilst leading your people.
