Biffa is on the lookout for a Corporate Account Support Manager to support with the management of the relationship between our business and its Corporate clients.

The successful candidate will support growth/development while working to relevant KPI's and SLA's, manage customer satisfaction and retention while ensuring there is consistency and a high-quality service.

The position will work closely with our Corporate Clients and there will be a requirement for frequent travel with occasional overnight stays.


Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Supporting the Account Director and being an interface between the company and specific Corporate Clients, supporting the strategic account plans, service success, contract compliance and retention.
  2. Attend customer reviews supporting the presentation of detailed management information and advice on waste management programs.
  3. Build customer confidence by creating solid and stable multi-level relationships.
  4. Ensure customer debt is in line with contractual limits by addressing any/all invoice queries in a timely manner.
  5. Communicate at all levels within both internally and externally to deliver long term benefit to all parties.
  6. Conduct and complete relevant site audits, ensuring all documentation is completed and concerns raised to the Account Director.
  7. Manage a small portfolio of corporate customers in line with agreed processes and procedures.

Nature and Scope:

The Corporate Account Support Manager is responsible for supporting the growth with existing Corporate Clients.

The overall growth strategy for each customer will depend on the nature and length of the contract, this role will support the Corporate Account Directors with the growth of the customer net earnings base through prices increases, and the expansion or introduction of new services.

The position operates with a level of autonomy, although working towards and in line with the long-term business plan.

Is essential for the post-holder to have some commercial focused, in terms of analysing and the success of additional business proposals for Corporate Clients.

This role is responsible for report production and summary documents as well as site audit reporting.

This position requires the ability to internal relationships, as well as across all divisions including a number of departments such as fleet, compliance, finance and HR.

The post also requires the ability to build key relationships with external organisations.

It is a nationwide position with focus on the South and because of this, there is a potential for frequent travel and occasional overnight stays.
