We are currently seeking an Order Management Team Leader who will be responsible for ensuring the ontime delivery of customer orders and providing support to customers. This role is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of customer service in alignment with the Problem Solver principles. The position collaborates with customers to deliver comprehensive commercial support to both customers and the business.
Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders from order entry to delivery.
Supervise and manage order backlog proactively addressing delays or issues.
Work closely with logistics supply chain and production teams to meet customer delivery expectations.
Act as the main point of contact for customer order inquiries ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Investigate and resolve orderrelated issues such as discrepancies delays or pricing concerns.
Lead and mentor the order management team ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies.
Manage POR and backlog reporting to finance team.
Implement standard methodologies to optimize order management processes and reduce errors.
Collaborate with sales finance and operations teams to improve ordertocash efficiency.
Supervise key performance indicators related to order accuracy ontime delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports and provide insight into order status and team performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and customer feedback.
Redirect customer support requests to the correct owner as appropriate incl. Rapid Response
Always conduct all business and all communication in a professional manner
Proactively perform timely date management in accordance with the agreed procedures.
Training monitoring for all team members and liaise with technical trainers & HR.
Enforce to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance and Quality Management procedures as well as the Emerson Ethics policy with respect to all business activities.

For this Role You Will Need
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in engineering (preferably Instrumentation Electrical or Mechanical) or a related field.
Minimum of 810 years of sales background in the measurement instrumentation industry preferably with experience in the Omani market.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong technical knowledge of measurement technologies and applications.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM software.
Familiarity with Oracle systems.
Proficiency in setting and achieving SMART goals.
