Responsibilities
As a Mini Bar Attendant you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Room Service to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
You will be in charge of ensuring all minibars are stocked correctly, consumed items are replaced and billed accurately to our guests, making all minibars look immaculate at all times.
You will also be in charge of various amenities we offer our guests and the various minibar setups available throughout the hotel.
Serving others is your passion you will ensure the outlet is in immaculate condition and all service standards are adhered to by the supporting team members.

You are aware of revenue targets and ensuring these are achieved and exceeded while costs are controlled within preset budgets including beverage cost and other expenses.
By taking part in a daily team briefing pre-service you ensure you are well informed of the daily happenings around the hotel as well as the upcoming service.
You will ensure you stocks are controlled using the FIFO principle by doing so reducing spoilage and ensuring near-expired items are flagged to your manager.
During your daily routine you liaise with other departments when required to ensure an immaculate presentation of your outlet and high standards of cleanliness as well as maintenance are upheld at all times including furniture equipment floors fixtures and fittings.
The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Mini Bar Attendant but we will make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
Qualifications
You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
