We are looking for a talented Senior Corporate Communications Executive who will play a vital role in shaping AKI’s corporate narrative, driving thought leadership, and amplifying our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Communications, PR & Strategic Partnerships:
Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to enhance AKI’s brand visibility.
Draft, edit, and manage corporate press releases, articles, and speeches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and industry stakeholders.
Support crisis communications and reputation management strategies.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for positioning AKI.
Executive Profiling & Thought Leadership:
Develop strategic narratives and key messaging for AKI’s senior leadership.
Support executive interviews, speaking engagements, and editorial placements.
Draft thought leadership articles, op-eds, and keynote speeches for senior executives.
Collaborate with business units to align messaging and corporate storytelling.
Work with internal stakeholders to create compelling corporate content for digital platforms, reports, and internal communication materials.
Develop presentations and key stakeholder engagement materials to support leadership messaging and corporate initiatives.
Support the development of corporate campaigns that align with AKI’s strategic goals.
Ensure consistency of tone, language, and key messages across all communications.
Event, CSR & Stakeholder Engagement:
Support corporate events, sponsorships, CSR initiatives, and strategic partnerships to enhance brand positioning and community engagement.
Develop briefing materials for leadership for key corporate engagements.
Collaborate with business units and external partners to align communication strategies, CSR programs, and partnership initiatives with business priorities.
Key Requirements:
Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or media relations.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Established media relationships in the UAE and regional markets.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in executive communications and thought leadership development.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of digital communications and social media strategy is a plus.
