We are seeking candidates for the

Chief Supervisor - Service Providers

position at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai. In this role, you will oversee partnerships, enhance operational plans, and ensure top-tier service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Implement daily work plans and supervise operational processes.
Analyze gaps, develop corrective measures, and prevent recurrence.
Monitor service level agreements with external providers.
Identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback.
Propose enhancements to procedures and service mechanisms.
Coordinate between management and strategic partners.
Prepare technical and administrative reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Must have 6 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 13 years of experience with a Diploma in the field.
