Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Business Analyst role located in Karāchi. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analytical skills, business analysis, communication, business process, and business requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
Experience in Business Process and Business Requirements analysis
Ability to drive and facilitate requirements gathering sessions
Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Identify specific business opportunities and ways to capitalize on them
Influence collaborators to support business projects
Assist with project management for selected projects
Coordinate with different departmental teams to improve productivity
Test business processes and recommend improvements
Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
Identify automation opportunities
Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
Communicate and validate requirements with relevant collaborators
Should have good communication skills
