Handling and resolving the complaints by the residents
Accumulating pending service charges from the owners of the apartments
Managing all the front end employees
Managing all the occupancies in all the blocks of Rania Heights
Reporting and communicating all the information to the manager and senior manager
Responsible for handling all the affairs of the tenants
Responsible to perform all the legal documentation between tenants and owners
