We’re looking for a talented 3 D Motion Graphics Specialist to bring stories to life through stunning animations and creative visuals. In this role, you’ll transform scripts into immersive 3 D animations, conceptualize unique ideas, and develop fully animated videos from scratch. Key Responsibilities3 D Animation Production: Translate scripts into visually compelling 3 D animations that align with client and brand objectives. Develop fully animated videos from concept to completion, including modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, and rendering. Ensure the highest quality output by paying close attention to detail and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. Concept Development: Collaborate with creative and content teams to brainstorm and execute unique concepts and ideas for animations. Proactively contribute fresh and innovative approaches to enhance storytelling and audience engagement. Motion Graphics & Visual Effects: Create advanced motion graphics and visual effects for marketing campaigns, social media, and video projects. Integrate 2 D and 3 D elements seamlessly to deliver impactful visuals. Technical Expertise: Operate advanced 3 D animation software such as Blender, Cinema 4 D, or Maya, along with post-production tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro. Maintain and manage an organized workflow, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. Optimize animations for various platforms, including web and mobile. Project Management: Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. Collaborate with scriptwriters, editors, and clients to refine and finalize concepts and deliverables. Minimum Qualifications Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in 3 D animation and motion graphics, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work. Technical Skills: Expertise in 3 D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4 D, Maya). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Strong understanding of animation principles, lighting, and rendering. Experience in creating both long-form and short-form animated content.
