They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead the sales initiatives and drive growth in the competitive luxury market.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing coaching and performance management.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that attract and retain target clients.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure excellent customer experience and uphold the brand’s luxury standards in all client interactions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in (luxury) sales.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing sales teams.
Strong network within the luxury market and affluent customer base in the UAE or GCC region.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on excellence.
