Responsibilities: Focus on Google Ads: generating leads that result in fitments at an optimal cost. Research, develop, and execute lead generation and e-commerce campaigns on Google Ad Words, Facebook, and other digital platforms. Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Conceptualize and create engaging content to build a community and elevate our brand. Proactively test new ideas and different messaging to discover effective communication strategies with our audience. Set up tracking to monitor campaign performance, landing page traffic, and website visits. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead performance. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 3 years in Marketing. Strong proficiency in Arabic (speaking & writing) to handle the UAE market. Proficiency in Google Ad Words, GDN, and Facebook paid ads is a plus. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus. Experience in B2 B industries is a plus. Knowledge of video and picture editing software is an advantage but not mandatory. Full understanding of all social media platforms. Knowledge of content management systems.
