RedSeal is seeking an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will work with both sales leadership and individual sales reps to understand territory and pipeline requirements to create and execute targeted marketing plans and programs. You will analyze pipeline, leads and revenue for your programs to continually evolve and improve your strategy. Strategic focus, excellent communication skills and attention to detail are all crucial as the Field Marketing Manager will own and manage projects from conception through completion, utilizing closed-loop efforts. As part of a small marketing team in a growing company, you will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on our success. Responsibilities Work with sales teams to develop an integrated marketing plan for specified geographies to drive pipeline growth. Determine the mix of activities required to meet pipeline coverage targets. Develop, execute, manage and measure demand generation programs to help sales teams meet or exceed revenue goals. Track and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI from lead source to opportunity creation. Communicate program status, actions and metrics across marketing and sales teams. Work with the product team to outline target markets and strategies to penetrate. Manage the end-to-end process and define roles for program creation, campaign creation, execution of programs and campaigns, inquiry collection, inquiry management and standard weekly reporting requirements. Determine appropriate value proposition, offer and call to action approach to drive interest and results. Partner with marketing and other teams to identify and develop content designed to generate leads, including invites, emails and assets (webcasts, solution briefs, etc.). Coordinate with channel marketing to deliver a comprehensive approach for each territory. Coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to execute on local events. Provide input to and work with go-to-market operations team as it relates to ongoing data cleanup/augmentation and the opt-in/opt-out process. Work with the inside sales team to evaluate results and drive appointment setting following field marketing activities and events. Key Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience. 8 years of marketing experience, including experience supporting a field sales organization selling enterprise software products and related services. Comfortable collaborating with, advising and presenting ideas to sales leaders. Experience developing field marketing strategy and corresponding plans/programs across multiple regions. Deep understanding of the end-to-end process and roles for program creation, content creation, plan execution, inquiry collection and management and reporting. Affinity for details, project management and an ability to prioritize independently. Deep understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) and Marketo systems and capability. Experience working with sales databases, email execution, lead processes, reporting and analytics. Excellent planning, organization and time management skills. Clear and thoughtful communicator (verbal and written). Equal parts creative thinker and result driven. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Availability to travel 35% of the time.
