Working as part of the Digital ID group, you will: Write code You will take a lead role in the development of solution prototypes that bring these concepts to life Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Liaise with our technical marketing team to understand what our customers’ needs are to develop solutions that will address their requirements Participate in the creation of concepts for solutions that will distinguish our digital ID solutions from the competition Support the testing and QA process of the developed solutions to build robust pilot projects Provide support for the ‘scaling up’ of solutions that progress from pilot phase to large-scale implementation. What Will Help You Succeed? Our ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field, along with industry experience in progressively responsible roles. In this position, you will be providing significant contributions, so ideally you will have prior experience in a technical role developing complex solutions. Knowledge/Experience iOS application design and development using Swift iOS build and deployment processes REST web service development and integration UI design and development experience is desirable Soft Skills Creative mind with a passion for applied knowledge and research Strategic, rational thinker Good judgement with a cost-aware approach to idea generation Effective collaborator and strong communicator Team success over personal agenda Mandatory Requirements The ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) clearance.     Ontario is one of the thirteen provinces and territories of Canada. Located in Central Canada, it is Canada's most populous province, with 38.3 percent of the country's population, and is the second-largest province in total area.
