Manage the day to day sales operations in selling, advertizing and marketing activities in the UK and throughout the EU in getting new clients, ensuring that staff team targets are met.

Job duties and responsibilities
- Hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Selecting and organizing the office layout.
- Ensuring adequate staff levels to cover and provide all business services.
- Conducting staff appraisals, managing their performance.
- Delegating work to all team members, managing their workloads and outputs.
- Ensuring that all staff are trained and are following their career development plans.
- Writing and filing required reports on a timely basis.
- Ensuring that office health and safety policies are kept current and are observed by all.
- Attending scheduled conferences, networking meetings and training.
- Achieving targets for office unit pursuant to the agreed team business plan.
- Meeting with clients for business development purposes as required by the business plan.
- Approving client contracts and negotiating service billing rates.
- Insuring that branding policies and guidelines are followed.
- Controlling costs and expenses for office unit.
- Attending executive meetings as scheduled. 2.16. Strictly upholding company reporting policies for all office work.

- ISO 9001 quality assurance accreditation for managers.
- Company paid travel within the EU will be required from time to time
