• Servicing the needs of our existing dealers.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Setting sales targets for individual dealer and our team as a whole.
• Recruiting and training sales staff for dealers.
• Allocating areas to IWM’s sales representatives.
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Monitoring dealers performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts myself.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Reporting to senior management.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
• Finalization of Showroom’s design & layout as per standards.
• Bifurcating business modules as per dealer business working capacity and market needs.
• Helping dealers to find out the best business solution from IWM.
• Marketing support.
• After sales services towards dealer and their customers.
• Inventory and stock management follow up.
• Dealers visits and motivation.
• Incentive and motivation plans for teams.
