Legnano Teknoelectric Company Middle East, worldwide leader in the production of high-performance cores and laminations for transformers & reactors, is looking for its Dubai seat a skilled and experienced IT Security Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise to safeguard our manufacturing systems, networks, and digital assets, and a strong background in both IT and OT (Operational Technology) security, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information while maintaining production continuity. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information. Perform regular security risk assessments and vulnerability testing; analyse security weaknesses and recommend solutions. Respond promptly to incidents, providing technical expertise during and after cybersecurity events. Conduct security awareness training for staff and assist in shaping a security-first organizational culture. Manage and monitor security tools (SIEM, DLP, antivirus, etc.), and investigate security issues as they arise. Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports. Stay updated on the latest cyber threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, NERC CIP, IEC 62443). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Solid understanding of OT/ICS environments and cybersecurity implications. Experience with security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint detection. Experience in incident response, forensics, and malware analysis is a plus. Security certifications (CISSP, CEH, Comp TIA Security+, etc.) are highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
