Your role involves welcoming clients, assisting them with their needs, and ensuring their experience is exceptional. You will also be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assist clients by answering inquiries and guiding them through our services/products. Manage bookings efficiently. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty. Handle client feedback and complaints gracefully, ensuring prompt resolution. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high service standards. Requirements: Previous experience as a hostess, client relations officer, or in a customer-facing role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and a positive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
