Responsibilities Looking after all stores to solve problems.
Checking operation of all stores and removing difficulties.
Delegating store in-charges and store staff.
Solving and removing audit findings related to all stores.
Bringing problems of all stores to the notice of higher management for solutions and replying to H/O queries.
Implementing instructions of higher management related to stores.
Resolving store staff grievances by communicating with higher management.
Addressing H/O, D/O queries and verification complications.
Coordinating to solve miscellaneous matters with other departments.
Selling scrap items.
Providing on-the-job training to subordinates.
Accomplishing all tasks as assigned by the senior line of reporting.
Job Specification REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor/Master degree in Supply Chain & Commerce.
A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the relevant field.
Computer literacy in using MS Office.
