Description

The Manager Admin would lead the accounts, trade & administrative efforts. The role would require partnering closely with the management and different operation teams to identify gaps and mobilize efforts. This role would require a capable and driven individual to learn execution to make things happen. Successful candidates must operate autonomously, have strong communication, high levels of humility and curiosity.

Responsibilities

Responsible for identification, coordination, rectification of facility related issues,

Oversee accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems,

Understand Tax system around company's business

Build new processes and constantly challenge the daily accounting and operational processes,

Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packs,

Responsible for managing trade related matters; Weboc handling & laisoning with logistics partner,

Responsible for addressing run of the mill activities for day to day office operations,

In addition to the above, successful candidates will demonstrate strong people and leadership skills to effectively partner up with other teammates.
