Responsibilities:
Formulate the technical aspects of the Sales and Purchase Agreements.
Formulate the technical aspects Transportation in coordination with the Deputy Chief Manager.
Coordinates with the Government/ Private Companies for their comments on the draft agreements.
Delegate and ensure timely correspondence with the concerned stakeholders for early finalization of agreements.
Should be well aware of and ensure compliance of prevailing Petroleum Policies, Rules, Directives, SROs etc.
prescribed by Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division) and other competent authorities of the Government of Pakistan. Formulate the technical aspects of the Sales and Purchase Agreements.
