Litigation Attorney Personal Injury



Location: Milwaukee, WI | Schedule: Full-Time | Work Setting: In-Office



MW Talent is partnering with a large, well-established personal injury law firm with offices across the United States to hire a Litigation Attorney for their Milwaukee office. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a dedicated legal team focused on client care and successful case outcomes.



Position Summary



In this role, you will ensure that clients receive compassionate support and strong legal representation. You will meet with clients to build trust, provide case updates, and engage with insurance companies as needed. The position also involves preparing cases for trial and litigating when required. The right candidate will combine litigation expertise with empathy, professionalism, and strategic thinking.



Key Responsibilities



Meet with clients to discuss legal strategy and case status



Show compassion and earn the trust and confidence of clients



Maintain communication with insurance carriers regarding demands and offers



Prepare personal injury cases for trial and serve as lead counsel if necessary



Evaluate claims and negotiate favorable outcomes



Collaborate with internal legal teams while independently managing your caseload



Qualifications



Juris Doctor (J. D.) from an accredited law school



Licensed and in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar



Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, including first-chair trial experience



Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus



Strong negotiation, evaluation, and legal writing skills



Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities



Proactive and problem-solving mindset



Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team
