Head Supply Chain & Production Operations (Garments Sector)
Highly Keen, Pakistan Responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures for the entire Supply Chain Process.
Direct the activities of all functions involved in purchasing, raw material storage, production operations, warehousing, and logistics to ensure on-time production and delivery of every order to customer(s).
Conduct weekly 15-minute meetings with the CEO to obtain approval on weekly production planning.
Develop strong personal relationships with major suppliers to reduce supplier bargaining and enhance a friendly environment.
Ensure timely and quality import of materials for the production process.
Maintain minimum inventory in raw material stores by daily checking inventory reports and taking immediate actions if inventory becomes low to fulfill production order needs.
Daily review production division reports and address any bottlenecks by directing the Incharge Production for immediate resolution.
Ensure quarterly periodic machine and mold maintenance as per the maintenance calendar.
Responsible for guaranteeing smooth operations of finished goods logistics.
Directly resolve customer matters on an immediate basis.
Work to reduce or eliminate blame games among employees in the supply chain division to help the organization achieve its goals successfully.
Develop and manage yearly departmental budgets, ensuring compliance.
Conduct performance evaluations and quarterly meetings for feedback of direct reportees, as well as ongoing performance monitoring sessions as needed.
Develop department staff through formal and informal coaching, counseling, and mentoring sessions.
Perform any other tasks directly related to Supply Chain Management.
