Operations & Services Specialist

to ensure a smooth operational flow across Ferrari Network Offices and agents. The ideal candidate will coordinate logistics operations, assist in special events, and support regional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster effective communication between agents, Ferrari Network Offices, and stakeholders.
Assist with reporting, analysis, and process improvements.
Ensure quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Follow up with agents on rates, billing, and invoicing.
Support the planning and execution of regional brand events & luxury shows.
Provide data analysis and feedback to drive operational improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain.
Strong problem-solving, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills (English is a must; Arabic is a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Flexibility to travel when required.
