Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and organized Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support the smooth running of our team. In this role you will lead a team, ensure efficient workflows and maintain high standards for inventory accuracy, safety and productivity. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of warehouse staff including receiving, picking, packing and shipping. Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure team members meet performance targets. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks. Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to implement process improvements. Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time. Train and mentor warehouse employees to enhance their skills and productivity. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts when needed. Qualifications Proven experience as an Inventory Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems (WMS). Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Nice to Have Skills Experience with working with ERP systems. Familiarity with lean warehouse practices or Six Sigma methodologies.
